Our main focus is addiction treatment, with structured, evidence-based care to help you stop using substances and build a healthier life. We also treat co-occurring mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma. Each person receives a personalized treatment plan designed by a compassionate care team.

Most treatment plans include:

  • A full clinical assessment
  • Medically supervised detox, if needed
  • Individual, group, and family counseling
  • Mental health support
  • Discharge planning and aftercare coordination

The average length of stay is 3–4 weeks, but this may vary depending on clinical needs. Your treatment team will work with you to determine what’s appropriate as progress is made.

Yes. All Promises Behavioral Health facilities are accredited by The Joint Commission, reflecting our commitment to quality and safety.

While in detox or residential care, clients receive 24-hour support and do not leave campus independently. Exceptions may be made for urgent medical needs or extraordinary circumstances, as approved by the treatment team. If extended leave is required, discharge and re-admission may be necessary.

Yes, you’ll be able to use your phone or laptop during designated times after your first two weeks in treatment.

Yes. While your day will be structured, there is personal time for journaling, rest, treatment assignments, hygiene, or connecting with peers.

We have a full menu available and can send an example over upon request so you can see what kind of meals to expect.

 

We recommend bringing:

  • A week’s worth of comfortable clothing
  • One pair of closed-toe shoes
  • Alcohol-free hygiene products
  • Your photo ID and insurance card (if applicable)
  • Any approved medications

Our admissions team will give you a complete packing list before you arrive.

Yes. While we do not currently offer in-person visitation, virtual family sessions can be arranged through your primary therapist via phone or Microsoft Teams.

You can call our central office. Our team can forward urgent messages directly to the appropriate facility.

Yes. We provide medically supervised detox services to help clients safely and comfortably manage withdrawal symptoms.

Yes, we do offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as part of our addiction treatment program.

We plan to offer gender-specific groups in the future. For now, you can expect gender-specific outings during your time in treatment.

Discharge planning begins before your program ends. Your case manager will help coordinate aftercare referrals, assist with transitions to outpatient providers, and ensure continued support beyond treatment.
